Cooper Industries plc acquire Redapt

On 4th November 2010, Cooper Controls (U.K.) Limited announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mount Engineering Plc, holding company of Redapt Engineering Company Limited.

Cooper Controls (U.K.) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooper Industries plc.
